BIG BOOK OF ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS

This book is the source for our program. It describes what alcoholism is and has instructions (via the steps) on how to get plugged into the solution. It is truly the best resource to go through recovery and get recovered from the illness. I am very passionate about my recovery having a solid foundation on the 12 steps, as taught in this book. I have added other components to my recovery (which I talk about in this site and my blog), but the core of the program comes from the BIG BOOK OF AA. If you don’t have one, access it online on the link below. However, its a great idea for you to buy a physical copy that you can study, make notes on and use to carry the message to others.

There is a wonderful speaker on youtube, who goes through the steps in a book-based, fabulous way. I am truly invested on using these links as a source of getting started with the program, because he is so good in his carrying of the message.
